Man was born to survive but also thrive. We don’t often consider that thriving makes it easier to survive.


Right, the better you fell about yourself and your life the higher your vibration and the more connected you are to Universal intelligence and your own intuition.


You can access your subconscious power in a state of relaxation like alpha and theta waves. This is where creativity lives best and so does your peace.

2/ Make your first tasks productive

·       Create

3/ Take breaks

·       Walk

·       Reflect

·       Sit without thoughts

·       Take Gratitude


4/ Prioritize

·       Most important projects that move the needle

·       Leave mind drains and not important alone

·       Set boundaries for interference

·       Build relationships


5/ What will make today special

·       Talk to someone important to you

·       Do something relaxing

·       Cherish something

·       Enjoy your meals

·       Listen to music


I aim to say at the end of everyday “that was a good day”
