Empowerment Paves the Way to Leadership

Create an environment that empowers people and they will be anxious to work on things that express who they are.

We talk about our true feelings about our work surfacing each Sunday night. We can make those great feelings.

When I coach people on Empowerment, it’s often the first time in a long time they have considered themselves in the center of their own Universe.

We need to have a good picture of who we are and where we want to be to guide our own steps.

Empowerment and Executive Presence are synergistic.

We know who we are and our desired contribution puts us in alignment with inspiring other people to join us.

Empowerment enhances:

Communication skills- We speak confidently with good body posture.

Self-Regulation- Emotional Intelligence is a natural output when our contribution is to empower others to find their power.

Creativity- We have the calm to reach into our subconscious and focus on new ideas.

Strategic Thinking- When we are impowered we are brave and willing to be accountable.

Collaboration- We listen first and respond second. People are empowered when you listen to their ideas.

Conflict Resolution- You calmly listen as others express their frustration or conflicting ideas.

We can see past our own emotions to place others first.

Relationship Building- Our confidence is attractive and others want to know more about us.

Promotions- Executive Presence is attractive and people want you on their team.
