These Courses are designed to change who you are and how you show up.

Live One-On One Coaching is an opportunity to create a new start, find your direction, recover from burnout, set a Big Vision and the steps to achieve it, and/or create the lifestyle you have dreamed about. Personal Development is the foundation for an improved personal and career life.

Leaders, Entrepreneurs, and aspiring employees can all benefit from the mindset, practices, and daily routines of Personal Development. It is more comprehensive than most people expect, and it influences every aspect of your life.

This Course will instill the essential qualities of successful leaders and entrepreneurs. It introduces the core-values, beliefs, mindsets, thinking models, habits, and routines of people who have found success.

The Live Coaching Course includes one-hour, one-on-one Zoom sessions with questions, discussions and homework.  There is a Workbook to support the lessons.  The Session outlines are set below, but they can vary depending on the Needs and Desires of each client.

Depending on your needs and aspirations, we can determine how many sessions you desire. If you want fewer sessions, we can combine them into shorter segments to cover all the necessary topics. I suggest Six Sessions, but you can also set up a monthly program to see how you are benefiting and progressing.

Session One- Assessment and History

The Course begins with assessing your current situation. We want to discuss how you feel about your career and personal life. In areas of struggle, we will explore how you got there, what are the obstacles you face, what part you have played, and what would feel like success at this point.  

Session Two-Establishing and Aligning Core Values

We often give little time in evaluating our Core-Values and whether we are living in alignment with them. The problem arises if we are not finding fulfillment or success, we could easily be out of alignment with what means most to us in life and how we experience each day.

I have to have independence, challenge, passion, risk, flow, contribution, exercise, health, and connection to make my life fulfilling. Subtracting any of these qualities affects my experience. Engaging in activities that don't allow my Core-Values will result in my loss of enthusiasm. You will have some of the same needs and require alignment with those needs to have a passion for what you pursue.

Session Three-Understanding our Belief System

Our Vision and Goals depend on our Belief we can achieve them. What we believe is true about our capabilities and what we deserve is the start of our future plans. I like to call this process Entitlement, Empowerment, and Enlightenment. We have to believe we can achieve our goals, know or develop the necessary skills, and then realize with some success our Dream could be a reality. This explores whether we operate in a fixed or growth mindset.

Session Four- Transformative Personal Development and High Vibrations.

This session becomes the foundation and the fuel for our advancement and progress. We need to be self-aware and we need to be empathetic towards the needs of others to have an impact as a valued employee or leader. Hard and Soft skills are necessary.  We will set our daily practices that help us maintain a growth mindset and live in positivity. In the process, we will be squeezing out all the negativity in our lives.

Session Five-Creating Our Vision

We will establish the purpose for our Coaching sessions and what you want for your life and career. Setting a big Vision that may go beyond what you currently believe is possible, may be the path to creating more excitement and enthusiasm. Most successful people find their achievement exceeded their original dreams because once they engaged, they found the obstacles fell quickly and the horizons opened more broadly.

Session Six-Developing Our Strategy

We need the Path to Success. The strategy creates the steps we will take after assessing our strengths, weaknesses, and resources. We may need to learn, we may need more capital, we may need support, we may need more confidence. In any case, the Strategy will be necessary to give us the guidelines for our daily activities.

Session Seven-The Daily Plans or Tactics

Our Daily Plans will include our Personal Development Practices, our learning goals, our skill development, and the activities relevant to our work that are the most impactful in moving the needle. This will involve time blocking to work on the most impactful projects or steps to reach our Vision. We will learn about Ultradian Rhythms and Flow to create Peak Performance.

Session Eight- Developing Leadership Skills and Entrepreneurial Skills.

Utilizing the skills and practices we have learned so far, we will specifically target those skills and practices that will create better leaders, fill the leadership gaps. and create the Gravitas that attracts people to us. Leaders need to think like Entrepreneurs, and we will explore what makes a great Entrepreneur.

Session Nine- Getting Promoted and Winning Interviews.

Utilizing the skills and practices learned above, we will chart a course to gain promotions as steppingstones to reaching our Goals. Winning interviews, getting support of our superiors, and getting co-workers to support our plans all lead to advancing our Careers. 

Session Ten- Manager Enthusiasm Restoration

Managers Burn Out. It's happened to me three times. I didn't have the skills I have now. Being enthusiastic is about a mindset and living the big picture. It is about taking care of oneself above all else. It is also about a set of skills that make managers leaders and entrepreneurial. Getting back on our feet and into the game starts with Self-Care. Then we have to reset our Vision. Most of the time we need better time management and setting of boundaries.

Session Eleven-Career Change Preparation and Adaptability

Changing direction in one's Career is a very big step. It benefits from the right mindset.

and Personal Development plus high vibration skills.  The step starts with developing who you are and how you show up. We may get a Career Change by getting more responsibility, starting our own business, changing responsibilities in a new job. We learn to adapt and lead others through change.

Session Twelve-Creating the Mindset for Our Chosen Path

We may engage in corporate work, a start-up, real estate sales or management, multi-level marketing, coaching, teaching, or running a small business. We can prepare for the specifics of each choice with the right Vision, Strategy and Daily Practices. We need to set the goals and the measurements of our success.
