Tackling these skills becomes part of a program for continuous learning. This is a high priority task for all good leaders and entrepreneurs. It not only equips us for change, but the ability to lead change, a most desired quality by the C-Suite. Continuous learning demonstrates our focus on self-improvement and our desire for more responsibility.
Schedule meetings for feedback from superiors. Let them know you have ambitions and want to contribute. Show a willingness to lead projects or teams. Show you are becoming a leader before you might have the title.
With these practices you are on the way to achieve your Vision and not just a promotion. You have bigger sights than just the next step. Your Vision includes many steps. You can begin today.
