The most important asset you have is your own unleashed power. Our power gets masked by all the requirements to learn, follow orders, comply, be a team member, and contribute your best. We should start with who we are and what we can become by developing all the gifts we were granted through our DNA at birth.
Man has been on a long journey and we have had many societies that dictated how we should act and to what we should aspire. Yet, the one truth that shines is that our capabilities and beliefs in what we could achieve have escalated. We now have the tools and resources to explore so many opportunities.
The greatest opportunity remains the same; discover what and who we are. Every age has had its heroes in explorers, conquerors, philosophers, leaders, scientists, philanthropists, and artists. The theme remains the same: given who you are, what can you do to express yourself in a meaningful way?
Everything around you is just the cake. The icing is realizing why you are here and finding the calling that work wants to call being "Engaged". Yes, we want to be engaged in our work, but we want to be engaged in our Calling. Many don't take the time to realize that if we want to rise to the top, we should find our Calling because through that we find the uniqueness that others want to support.
We are surrounded by people who have found their calling: Musk, Bezos, Gates, Swift, and Mahomes. These are people who are living the passion of being 110% engaged in expressing who they are. Their accomplishments are just the showcase. Something much deeper is going on inside.
If you want to "Bring it", spend some time in Personal Development to become self-aware and then you will become self-directed. The end game begins with your self-discovery.
If you want to explore how you could best express yourself, let's talk for a few minutes. Schedule a short conversation on my Calendlly. https://tinyurl.com/3p8htjwf
